Do I need to sign up?
No! You don’t have to sign up before you can place an order with us; all you need to do is visit pirate-skull.com and browse the product available.
How do I choose my size?
Sizing varies between our items; there is a size chart for all products on the website please kindly look. Send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re not sure which size will work best for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. No checks are accepting.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Please allow 10 to 15 days for International delivery due to large demand and custom creation. All of our products are made on order.Due to the COVID-19, please expect delays on shipments by 1-2 weeks.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is shipped from our warehouse. You can also check that status by clicking the following link.
How much is shipping?
We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free.
What if I later realize my details are incorrect?
If you notice that your details are incorrect after placing the order, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number with the correct details.
Can I modify my order?
It is possible to modify your order, as long as the order status is not “in process”.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be canceled if the shipment is not yet confirmed. However, if the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org, they will be happy to help you and process your refund.
What is the return policy?
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.
